Here in England, I don't have neighbours who will share their bounty!Such a shame and disgraceful that I actually have to buy my own! Because I originate from Oregon, I instinctively know 101 recipes for zucchini! Such a waste of my talent.<br />One of my favourite zucchini bread recipes (by Sherry Yard) uses orange marmalade in the recipe. It is ab fab! (I have made and pictured it on my blog somewhere, if you are interested)<br />It is lovely to see the spoon working it's way round USA. Who is the next spoonee? I need to check their blog post.
